Oral presentations are scheduled according to the timetable in the program.
The allowed time is 15 min + 5 min (introduction + question time). The presentation time is mandatory, please check it in advance. The session chairs will be asked to give a warning after 12 min.

Each poster author is requested to print his/her poster. Posters will be exposed during the Wine & Cheese event on October 13, or during the session in which the flash presentation (SEE BELOW) is scheduled for authors arriving after October 13.

Flash poster presentation is optional and it is intended as a 1 minute presentation outlining the poster contents (1 title/authors/affiliation slide and 1 slide with the poster content marked by bullets).
For the draft phase the Authors are required to submit a pdf-only version of their paper, using the template provided below.
The paper must be sent by Sept 15, 2014, to: firstname.lastname@example.org. In particular, it must be attached (max 9 MB) to an email with object IC2UHI manuscript no. XXX, where XXX is the three digit reference number assigned to each abstract and communicated in the abstract acceptance email.
A peer review will follow the paper submission. It will be managed in order to allow submission of the final paper by July 15, 2014.
Authors are invited to submit their abstract before February 15, 2014, by sending an attachment to: email@example.com.
Abstracts (English, two pages, pdf if possible) should indicate: title, Authors' name and surname, affiliation(s), email address of the Corresponding Author.
